Working with Johannemann and Sons General Contracting was an amazing experience. From the very first meeting with Robert and his team, I was certain they were providing realistic and professional services. As a first time homeowner, I was nervous to do a full gut renovation, however, they always made me feel comfortable by talking me through every step of the project. If I could click all items I would, Rob was easy to work with, quick to get his jobs done, but did it correctly, he didn’t skimp on things just to get the job done. He was easy to talk to and discuss things that needed to change or was outside the original discussed job contract. His professionalism and worth ethics are why Iv continued to use him for jobs. I would recommend Rob a thousand times over if I could. I promise you will not be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free, unless we are reading blueprints. We’re fairly priced for the quality we provide. Itemized estimates are not free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will confirm a good day and time to schedule an in person introduction at a potential clients home or business. I will listen to all of their ideas and dreams then answer basic questions. Finally, the potential client will provide me with an email address we can send the estimate to. Easy-Peasy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years doing residential and commercial HVAC. 15 years in the carpenters union managing and running all sized projects.
