I can say that the windows are well insulated. My family can feel the difference with no drafts in the bedroom , the kitchen, and living room. The workers were prompt and cleaned up very neatly. They were extremely professional and punctual! From the first point of contact here on Thumbtack to the finished project, everything was exactly as I hoped for and more. For starters, Stephen gave an amazing presentation and addressed all our concerns and questions with such ease, I knew it was immediately the right company to go with. Also the patience he displayed as we went through all our questions to get the answers we seek. The quality of products and warranty were also another major in our decision process because they alleviated our concerns for the future. The communication was always spot-on from Stephen and our site assessor, Joel. I was kept informed of all things before, during, and after the project ended.
