- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is tailored to the specific requirements of each service category, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer several contact options, including Thumbtack, our website, Instagram, Facebook and Google. Upon receiving a lead, we initiate the first contact with the customer to schedule a quote. During the quote, we explain in detail our services, what the customer can expect in terms of cleaning and discuss prices. Once the client agrees, we move on to the next step which consists of scheduling the best day and time for both parties to begin the cleaning sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My primary qualification comes from hands-on experience. After more than 5 years in the cleaning industry, I've become adept at dealing with all kinds of clients—learning their preferences, specific cleaning needs, and how they like their homes arranged. I'm always on the lookout for the best products to accompany our team on this journey.
