Incredible work and very punctual. I have not had the best luck with Handyman in the past as they would often times not complete a job timely or be responsive, fortunately I did not experience that here. Although he was busy, he made time to come out to my house to give me an estimate of the work that I needed to be done. After giving me an estimate, he left for another job and returned the same afternoon to complete my job. Everything was done professionally and timely. I highly recommend this business.

Arrived on time Rocky and his crew were ready to work on the demo work. They are quick and efficient. Had our old gazebo taken down very safely. The work and clean up was completed in less than two hours after they arrived. Will hire again for other projects.

Rocky and his crew did a great job replacing and painting the rotted wood in the columns on my front porch. I had the same work done only 5 years ago by another contractor, but that guy used untreated shelving board instead of pressure treated wood. Rocky and his guys even had a better option, which was using PVC sheet and trim. Since it's plastic, it will never rot and the repairs should last much, much onger now. Aside from that, Rocky and his team showed up on time, and cleaned up after they were finished. As far as cost, I don't have anything to compare it to, so I can't speak to whether his price was on the high side, or if it was reasonable. I would certainly recommend using Franco's Home Improvement to others.
