- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give the costumer more value than the fee rendered. The customer receives the best value because all of the work is done by me personally, allowing me to save on overhead and reflecting the savings back to the customer. The reason is that I love what I do and my work reflects that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The discovery phase, where we identify your ultimate goal for the project and who you are trying to reach. 2. The planning phase, where a solution is proposed. 3. The execution phase, where the plan is brought to life. 4. The quality phase, where we test, launch and review the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in business and marketing and over 10 years of experience in web design and media creation (photo & video) 9 years experience as a DJ.
