My goal is to provide quality workmanship for each client that I service. I have over 30 years of window installation and repair experience with vinyl and aluminum windows. My specialty is in residential dwellings and apartment buildings with elevators up to 4 floors. *I do not install or repair Anderson windows. However, I can replace them.

I had quite a few troublesome windows in my home. James first came out to assess the situation before quoting the cost. He was available for all my questions and concerns around the project and the estimate. The second time he came out to make the repairs he was able to correct everything the same day. There was one window that would just not cooperate as it had been damaged during initial installation several years ago, and James would not give up until he found the best possible resolution. He also gave a little TLC to the windows that did not need repair which I greatly appreciated, and now they all open and close much smoother than before.

Mr James called immediately after I put in a request to a few companies for window repair. He was able to schedule re-schedule appointment due to weather. He communicated with me the whole time. When he arrived he quickly analyzed and explained what would be done for repair. I agreed and in a very short period he was able to fix my window. He then cleaned up after himself. Job well done. Thank you
