From the quotes to asking questions, sometimes repetitive on my part, Lux Travely always responded in a timely manner. Great Communication & customer service. The day of, I received driver contact info and confirmation that driver was on his way to my location. The driver Ray was professional and courteous. The car was a beautiful Mercedes S580, just as my son wanted. My son arrived to The Before Prom Red Carpet event like a celebrity. He loved the car. Unfortunately as they were very close to the venue drop off, there was a traffic stop (probably setup due to the prom event) which caused a setback. It was something about the TLC license and working within the county I live. Because of my concerns, I contacted Lux Travely and received an immediate response, an apology and was reassured about their chauffeurs and licenses as well as my concern of not being charged for extra time. I hope all worked out well. Thank you Lux Travely!

Wow!!!!! Our driver Wilson was on time, patient, waited, he dressed sharp and looked professional. He was kind. Smooth driver. The Escalade was amazing!!! Clean, drinks and well worth the money!!! Too bad you all aren't in Boston!!
