- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies for each client. A consultation is highly recommended to make the client aware of all of Elevate's Services at that point a quote would be generated. Discounts can provided upon joining our email list by signing up through our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend that a new customer emails or calls us ,so that a formal consultation can be conducted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has extensive experience in the areas of catering, chef services and bartending services. We are also insured.
