What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge most competitive rates in the market, If you receive better price than me then ask me to match. I will make sure you get best price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you send the request through Thumbtack, I will reach out to you via SMS to discuss further on rates and timing. Once finalized I will mark the confirmation in Thumbtack and block the calendar to avoid conflict booking. During Event - I may take few pictures/video of my art work on kids faces to build my work portfolio on my social media and own website. Please let me know in advanced in case you have any objections for it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe one is born artist, it cannot be taught. You get expertise with experience. I have been doing Henna and face painting since more than 10 years.
