- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be friendly and open minded. Asking a lot of questions to get a general history and education about the aquarium is important to create a proper course of action moving forward. I like to educate each customer with as much knowledge about their aquarium to ensure it gets proper care between maintenance appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I m constantly eager to learn from my experiences and written material about anything to deal with fish. With all the different sized aquariums and myriad of equipment thats available there is always something new to encounter and learn from.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a young boy I was always mesmerized with the different variety of fish that there were. Over time more species are available and more is known to better accomodate the needs for fragile species of fish.
