10% discount(veteran & military) Customers should know that our construction pricing is based on a detailed evaluation of the project requirements. We provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs, including materials, labor, permits, and any additional services. Transparency is key for us, ensuring our clients understand what they are paying for. We also emphasize the importance of clear communication regarding the project scope to avoid misunderstandings. Quality of materials, skilled labor, and adherence to timelines are all integral parts of our pricing structure. We aim for fairness and accuracy, so clients can confidently invest in their construction projects with us."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Starts with being in time for the appointment. 2.Inspecting the damage, most of the times requires entering the property where we create an idea where the water might be entering from the roof. 3. Inspect the area of the roof where the water might penetrate the shingles/flashings. 4.Find the damage. 5. Provide detailed information of how the issue can be fixed.(material and labor wise) 6.Provide a quote for needed repairs/installation. 7.Agree/Disagree to move forward. 8.Getting a deposit. 9.Within 24 hrs you’ll get notified about time and day we’ll perform needed repairs/Installation. 10.Show you pictures of everything done , and a walk around the property making sure everything is perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is based in experience, being out in the field, working alongside experienced roofers and being part of every roofing conference, roofing manufacturer conferences where they promote their new products and even offer detailed installation process regarding each product they provide.
