- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a very competitive price. I am also willing to meet or beat any reasonable offer from a competitor. Our prices are not cheap, our prices are reasonable, with a professional finish, with the intention to keep our costumers satisfied and clients happy
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted 3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project 4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured. 6. Embrace questions from customer 7. Leave a proposal with the customer 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 days 9. Weekly follow up until the job is complete
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a young teenager doing interior/exterior painting, and sheetrock repair until my mid 20's. This has given me a good foundation of knowledge in the home building process and the repair and maintenance of houses.
