I contacted the Gym dr to fix my exercise bike. Jeff the owner quickly responded and had his tech Ricardo at the house the same day. Ricardo showed up between the time that was agreed upon. He was very nice and efficient. We need a part ordered and he was very clear on what needed to be done. We have another appointment set up for when the part comes in. Jeff contacted me right away to let me know time frame for the next visit.

The Gym Dr was so supportive and available as we were anxiously awaiting for our parts to arrive. As soon as they did, Jeff and Ricardo came and took great and quick care replacing our treadmill parts and efficiently repairing it!! Definitely use them!!
