I had a squirrel in my attic and Sam Mercado of Superb Pest Control was the only one who reached to me on Thumbtack. Sam and I had some difficulty getting our schedules to align so instead of making me rework my schedule or wait several days, he gave me "free tips" over the phone and explained to me how I could resolve the issue myself. Sam stayed in touch with me for over a week through text messages giving me pointers along the way. Didn't spend a dime for his services.
