- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the service package you choose. This will be based on what your goals are for your health and the time frame in which you are hoping to reach those goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with potential clients to make sure we are a good fit for each other. Our initial meeting is a Discovery Session and can be done in person, over the phone or via FaceTime or Skype. Once we decide that we would like to work together, we plan weekly sessions based on a mutually convenient day/time for each of our schedules. You can choose from a 90 Day Total Transformation, a 14 Day Reset Cleanse or a 6 Week Kitchen Cleanse. All of the programs have an option to extend beyond the time frame allotted for extra and continued support. During and between our sessions I provide you with tactics to start healthy habits, support, recipes and articles to educate and motivate you toward your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Health Coach and have completed my training through the Health Coach Institute. I have also been recognized as a Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I have also done many years of research about nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
