- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have packages that go for a set price however we are also aware that everyone's budget is different.so Generally speaking our pricing is project based and we are always flexible with the needs and pricing of the customers.the price quoted is the total price you will pay with no additional hidden fees.Our package include the indicated number of hours of unlimited photography of your event. Most events of over six hours are quoted to have two photographers. You will receive an online photo gallery you can use to share, download, and order prints. A print package also available to purchase of prints or a photo album, and an archival flash drive of all your edited image files with full usage rights.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free consultation to all our new clients. We will come to your place or we can arrange a phone call when it's convenient for you. From this meeting, we will personalize a package with in your budget limit and email it to you with the contract. We normally require minimum 40% deposit at the time of booking and the balance due on the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience in photography and I have a wide ranging portfolio of work that has given me the experience to capture truly beautiful images. Also I attended many workshops and expos to find out about the newest equipment so we can stay updated with the new technology.
