- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and straightforward. We can give you an estimated price however to properly size the equipment needed we may need to visit the location and test the water and see the installation area. After the visit, we can give you a firm job estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple. 1. Communicate with us the issues you are experiencing/or want to improve about your water quality. 2. We will visit the site and test water, inspect area for installation and provide pricing. 3. When you approve the estimate we schedule a date for installation. Installation is approximately 3 to 4 hrs depending on the type of systems being installed. 4. After installation we will review the system with you and answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have received training from Aquion, RainSoft & Pentair systems on the installation and servicing of equipment.
