We needed both our roof and siding replaced and wanted to work with a local company. We met with 5 different companies but we immediately felt completely comfortable with Al and Emerald Exteriors. This is our first time going through a project like this and he was very patient and answered every question we had while making sure we understood all our options. He took his time, and even left us with samples to compare styles and colors, and came by in person multiple times to help us work through our choices. Al was very communicative and was completely happy to work around us and on our timeline. The work was done quickly and at a really high quality. Everyone working on the project was excellent and made us feel at ease, especially considering this was such a big investment. We would use them again 10 out of 10 times.

From the beginning Al was a pleasure to work with. Weve had our roof patched a couple times over the years and always ended up with another leak within a year or two. Had Al come out and decided to just replace the whole roof this time. He worked with us on everything from budget to keeping us posted on how the work was going to even sending photos throughout the day of the progress. The team took great care to protect the outside of our home from damage and cleaned up after they were done. We would definitely recommend Emerald Exteriors to anyone looking for a reliable team!

Emerald Exteriors was great to deal with. They are professionals who are true to their word. I had an experience that was a little unique in that most of my original roof was damaged and I needed to replace every sheet of wood. Not only did Emerald Exteriors show me the bad wooden sheets but we worked together on a price I could afford. Thank you to the Owner/Operator Al at Emerald Exteriors for being such a stand up person

Typically the process will go as stated 1. Schedule the free estimate/inspection 2. Schedule a second visit to review and finalize the contract 3. Start the scope of work. 4. We run a final walk through with the homeowner once the job is complete.

We are trained installers of both Owens Coring and GAF asphalt shingles.
