There isn’t anything negative that I can say. They came on time (8:30am), padded and wrapped the sofa and was out the door! The storage unit was about 2 miles away. They placed the sofa in storage, offered me the option to purchase padding and was finished by 9am.

Express Haulers are absolutely amazing. I hired them for a move from 2 different apartments in the East Coast to the midwest. The drop off was exactly on time, and not a single item was damaged. Jana is extremely responsive and courteous. There were no complaints from them about the quantity of items/load and they were very flexible. Would recommend them for any moving from the east coast.

I had a short window of time to get my antique Steinway piano moved. I contacted a half dozen firms. Express Haulers not only got back to me right away, but they were able to move the piano the next day. They gave me a window for delivery and checked in to let me know exactly when they were coming. They estimated the move would take two hours. From start to finish they were done in about 90 minutes. Their rates were reasonable, and their communication was excellent. I’m very pleased, and I would use them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new customers we give them all call to confirm the details of the move. We then give them a quote for the move. Before the move we like to confirm that the move will still take place. On the day of the move we follow up and keep them informed on when we will be arriving.
