The owner was very knowledgeable and was very thorough in his inspection. He didn’t just look at my roof, he also looked at my gutters and siding which all kinds go hand in hand. So glad he noticed that my siding wasn’t going all the way up to the top and the gutter was missing the piece that shields the siding. So every time it rained the water would run off the side is the roof and just go in between the siding and the house. Kept getting bad leaks in my house. We just had a bad rainstorm and NO LEAKS!!! Thank you Sam Day!!!! You guys did amazing and I now have a permanent roofer. Would definitely recommend them. This company takes pride in quality work with affordable prices.

Lou was amazing from when he came out to quote the work and even better completing the job. He explained every option and was more then fair. When it came time for the job, his team was amazing. The work quality is way above par. Even though the heat was extreme, that didn't stop his team from going above and beyond. They repaired my brick stairs and railing and removed an awning and replaced the missing siding. The detail of the work that was done I would 100000% recommend for any exterior job you need done to your home. From communication to pricing to work quality and professionalism, Same Day is the way to go. You won't be disappointed!!

Rather than trying to take advantage of a new homeowner, the owner came out and was honest and transparent. Was a very small job that he would have to charge more than it was worth so he explained what I had to do and instilled confidence. Bought the materials and completed the job with ease due to his direction. Will definitely keep business card for future. Hard to find honest people today not trying to take advantage and rip you off at every opportunity
