- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very transparent. Depending on the distance there may be additional travel fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When in contact I gather all the event details, I request optional inspiration pictures as well as an image of their outfit. I follow up with clients leading to the event. I block off 2 hours per person to provide my full and undivided attention from the moment we start your facial prep to the very end. I take pictures after for my social media and portfolio. Take away setting powder is provided to keep your makeup set through the day if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught for many years and recently completed my Makeup and Bridal certification.
