My central air, which was less than 5 years old, was not working, and Percy came to evaluate the problem. He found that the motor which was under warranty needed to be replaced. It took days to get the replacement, and to make sure the warranty was honored, but he returned and installed it. He knows what he is doing, is honest and upfront about the cost of doing the work. I found this company to be reliable. The workers are polite and professional.
