FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are reading this you are probably facing financial difficulties. Other attorneys will want their Attorneys fees and filing fees paid upfront before they represent you. For some people this is not possible. I would work out payment plans to accommodate my clients to as little as weekly affordable payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to immediately have a conversation about the issue surrounding the client. Then we come up with a plan of action. Then we meet to execute the plan. Bankruptcy is not a cookie cutter type of practice. Your client has to be open about their situation to allow the bankruptcy attorney to look for the appropriate solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of extensive experience in the bankruptcy field. I am always current with the latest trend in bankruptcy. Bankruptcy like any other law topic is always evolving. I keep myself current by taking Continue Legal Education in any new or evolving topic.
