FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session runs more as an assessment. This way I can see what is occurring with movement patterns, joint flexibility and stability and how to approach your goals moving forward. Each 1-on-1 hour mobility (FRC) session has a focus: lower body, upper body, or spinal flow. This allows us to strategically work within a sequence of movements that will help maximize flexibility/mobility in that region. All sessions/programs are built specifically to the client's needs to ensure safe, yet challenging progressions.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of clientele to help improve their range of motion and help to decrease pain/discomfort in their daily activity as well as their hobbies/sport/athletic profession. Depending on the client's needs we either work to build more flexibility, stabilize/strengthen joint capacity, or a mix of both. We focus mostly on work that includes stretching and bodyweight exercises that have influence from yoga and pilates. Some of my clients fall under the following: - Dancers - Aerialists (lyra, hoop, pole, gymnasts) - Tennis Players - Yogis - Runners - Golfers - Weight Lifters - General Population/Older population
