I hired Irene and her crew this morning to do a cleaning of my home . I originally was on thumbtack looking for a carpet cleaning , but she messaged me telling me she also does house cleaning for the same price of carpet cleaning , so I decided to go for it . We agreed for 1pm due to the fact I have 1 year old son and that's when he gets up from his nap . But 1238pm comes and Irene and her team arrive . She was suppose to come with one worker but after seeing my house she called on another worker as well . Everything started fine , I even went to cvs and bought all the workers new slippers so they won't be barefoot on the floors . Almost two hours into the job , Irene and one of the workers leave to another job ! They leave one worker to finish the job by herself ! Who does that ?! Finally at 530pm she returns . Finally at 615pm , they all leave . I let Irene know how unprofessional her actions were and how dissatisfied I was , and her response was " I'm sorry " and also "good cleaning takes time " smh . Overall , the Second floor , in which the three ladies were working together , was done so fast and sloppy . My son's room was left a mess ! The first floor , which was done by the one worker , was done thorough , I have to admit . That's why I'm leaving 3 stars . So if you don't mind with 50 percent of the workforce who's cleaning your house to leave in the middle of the job , than Irene's services is for you .

first I would like to address that we arrive a little early, as it's the right thing to do when providing a service or any type of job you wanted us to walk around your house without shoes , which is something i can't ask of my employees for safety reasons only whenni refused to do so, did you decide to go buy slippers we had agreed on cleaning 1 bedroom 1 living room And 1 bathroom for a set price and to my surprise there were 6 room 3 bathrooms and kitchen attic and living room and with 2 pets a lot hair pets and i still went ahead and charged you the same price for what we had originally agreed on in you son's room I went to do cleaning no to fold clothes we were also made aware by your wife that 5 other cleaning crews had cleaned for you and you were not satisfied with any. unfortunately. it seems we are not right fit each other and I post some picture cause you are not saying the true we did great job in your House have a nice day !
