I'm a professional musician and my piano was out of tune and a bit dusty from being moved and sitting in a space while renovations were being done. Braelen worked hard and diligently to restore my beauty back to tip top shape. He clearly takes his work very seriously but also maintains a very positive, joyful, and sunny disposition. We inherited a piano after my grandmothers passing. This piano was not played in years and needed a lot of tuning work. Braelen was very responsive in his messages, was punctual, and completed quality work, as well as built a relationship around music with my son.
