- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients commit to working with me long-term, once or twice a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to discuss your goals, where you'd like sessions to take place, scheduling, and pricing. If it all sounds good, we'll schedule your Introductory Session. This is a one-time yoga session where I assess your needs and where you are right now. From there, if we agree to continue working together, we find a package of sessions that feels right to you, and I develop our plan to help you reach your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT) and have taken numerous advanced training courses, including trauma-informed yoga, embodiment work, cueing and adjustments, meditation and breathwork, and more.
