My wife had to get her Portuguese Drivers License translated last minute and Silver Bay was able to get it expedited within a couple of hours. They were very responsive and open from the start. I can’t recommend Silver Bay enough. Best translation service out there.

I reached out to Silver Bay to translate the will of my great great grandmother from 1872. It was handwritten in French but the handwriting was so poor I couldn’t read it well enough to use an automatic translator. I needed a translator who knew French well enough to interpret the poor handwriting. One translator turned me down, saying she couldn’t read the writing well enough. Silver Bay took the time to interpret the writing and returned to me a Word version of the translated document about 24 hours after they received it. I'll certainly be going to Silver Bay for further translation of genealogical artifacts.

Simply excellent service and quality work! We have used this translator multiple times now and have not been disappointed! Long story short: For our most recent project, my wife and I needed immigration documents translated as soon as possible due to a family emergency. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rates for certified translations start at $19 per page and for non certified translations they start at $15 page. Concrete quotes are not provided until the potential project has been reviewed. Return customers are always eligible for discount pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first identify the customer's needs and review any materials they have. Once the service is agreed upon, we complete the project and our standard deadline times more most small projects 24-48 hours and for larger projects 72 hours or more.

We have over 15 years of experience providing translation, interpreting, and foreign language instruction worldwide.
