They were responsive and professional in our interactions. I also felt like they were not trying to upsell me as I had another roofing company come out and tell me the whole roof needed to be redone and Done Right Roofing stated that it was in good shape and at most could use a new coating sometime in the future.

Done Right Home Improvement was very responsive, nice to speak with, explained what was the best option (roof over existing instead of ripping out). They showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job in the time they said they would.

Done right in my roof and my door they did a great job I'm very happy with their work it makes a house look a lot nicer and I think they are very professional in every way possible I would recommend them to anyone . I wish them the best and everything and I thank them for coming and doing the job so quickly and doing so well

I highly recommend "Done Right Home Improvement". They responded back within hours of me putting in the request and came out the following day to give an estimate. My roof was repaired the following day. They were on time and professional. They took pictures and explained to me step by step what needed to be repaired. They saved me a lot of money.
