- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are fair for the work I put in. I always want to have work I’m proud of and my prices reflect that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer would reach out then I would follow up with a call or a text. Then we would figure out a time for an estimate, or sent pictures over the phone. Then give the price, get the job, and get kraken!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve pressure washed at the Riverton Yacht Club for the last 6 years which requires precise and delicate work since it is a historical landmark in the local area. I started my company last year and have been learning through work, YouTube, other pressure washing operators over time.
