- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Start with $20.00 but adjustable (up or down) depending on damage. Discounts available for larger orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive and send photographs and prints via the USPS (Priority Mail works best). Customer sends original (sometimes an emailed image is OK if the image is scanned at least at 300 Dots per Inch) to our studio in Cherry Hill, NJ. All work is guaranteed (No charges ever due until the customer approves the restoration via email).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Art) in Photography. We've been doing Photoshop and photo restoration work for nearly 20 years. We use a variety of computer based photo repair and restoration software to provide the best quality work
