Hi, I'm Cole! I started body building when I was 12 years old under the guidance of my 2 older brothers and it quickly became one of my life's greatest passions. I would go on to work for a former bodybuilder who held a masters in exercise science as my first professional job in this field right after graduating high school. I trained clients while I attended college for Mechanical Engineering which has given me an incredible scientific background for studying exercise physiology and nutrition. After college I took a job working under a doctor of physical therapy with over 40 years of experience, and after enough time working under him, I decided to start my own business.
I am also a certified fitness nutrition specialist. Proper nutrition is crucial for any fitness goal, so we spare no expense when taking the time to talk about it. In the beginning, I tell my clients everything they need to know about nutrition, and after that we graduate to analyzing your personal habits and psychology to ensure we're delivering on our nutritional game-plan consistently.
My sessions typically consist of strength training, high pace body building, boxing for cardio and assisted stretching at the end, but this can vary depending on the individual clients needs and preferences.
I consider weight loss and strength/muscle gain to be particular areas of expertise, however, my extensive and diverse background in this industry has given me the versatility to help anyone achieve their own unique goals in fitness and health. I hope to hear from you soon!
