FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and competitive. The rates bases on the scope of the work and materials required. For larger projects, I may offer discounts. Any additional fees, like for travel or specific materials, will always be discussed up front, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new customer, I first like to discuss their project needs in detail to fully understand their expectations. After that, I provide a clear estimate, including costs and timing. Once we agree, I schedule the job at their convenience and keep open communication throughout the process. My goal is to make sure the customer feels comfortable and informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong background in hands-on work and practical problem-solving, developed through years of experience in a variety of projects, from repairs and furniture assembly to basic electrical and plumbing work. Growing up, I gained practical skills through community and family projects focused on making things efficient and built to last. Being a military engineer in my young adulthood solidified my existing knowledge and helped me gain new skills for a variety of projects on a much bigger scale. This experience has given me a keen eye for detail and a practical approach to getting things done right the first time.
