- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple: 1. Giving us the address of the home you’re in the process of purchasing. 2. Letting us know what additional services you’d be interested in. (Radon measurement, oil tank sweep, etc) 3. We take a look at the property and all of its information online and offer a quote
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors are Certified Master Inspectors by NACHI (minimum of 1,000 inspections required to apply to become certified) that first earned their initial license in the 1 year Home Inspection Course, prior to required state testing. Our inspectors also have up-to-date Radon Measurement Technician licenses and certified to use CRM devices for faster results. Certified to perform mold inspections, wood destroying insect inspection and certified to perform Lead Safe Inspections needed for many municipalities to issue C.Os. Fully insured and trained to conduct oil tank sweeps and GPR scans as well. Inspectors also have prior contracting experience.
