- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs and vision. We then conduct a thorough assessment of the site to develop a detailed plan. After presenting the plan and obtaining approval, we proceed with the installation, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption throughout the process. Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive walkthrough and support to ensure the customer is fully satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our primary lead technician, who oversees all operations, is a former aviation mechanic for the USMC and also took automotive engineering classes in high school. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to making things work correctly, regardless of the cost. We proudly stand behind everything we do, embodying a “figure it out” mentality. Our adaptability to any situation involving devices that utilize electricity ensures we can handle any challenge thrown our way.
