Half of said retainer is applied to material, appliances, furniture, decor, and accessories, etc., which we get great designer discounts. Ex: we recently saved a client $8000 on what would have otherwise been approximately $33 K in kitchen cabinets, a retail quote collected from 3 comparable sources. Whether you are hiring us to consult with you, oversee your residence or workspace, design its rooms, manage its construction or installation, home stage it, or have our support teams do what we happened to have been thrice featured on TV, for, to pair down, unpack and/or organize your household contents, partially or completely set up your home or office, or if you simply want to buy your material, furniture, decor, and houseware through us, you’ve come to the right place. Working with us is efficient, fun and easy and will save you more money than you pay for design.
