- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer certain discounts (teachers, military, first responder, property management and senior citizens discount)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather as much information as I can over the phone. Then schedule an in home consultation to asses the damage and put together a plan of action to mitigate the problem and provide a proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the CMR course from PMII. ( certified mold remediation )
