- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service category has different pricing options and offers. It is best for the customer to contact us directly for the most accurate pricing. We are very competitive in all our pricing, and we give every customer a quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer can reach us via thumbtack messaging, email, online, or by phone (text or call). We'll communicate on what services the customer is requesting to complete. Once everything has been discussed we can provide the customer with an estimate of how much the total job will cost. Sometimes when needed, the customer will need to send us photos via text or email of the job, or we can come out in person to view the job, so we can give you a more accurate price. Once we agree on the price we will set up a day and time to come and get the job done, and add you to our schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all the proper systems, teams, knowledge, and experience from the numerous years we have been providing these services day in and day out. We are also licensed and insured.
