- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to work with your budget so you get most of your list checked off but as any vendor things can only be stretched so far. I can offer a small discount for first time clients and then hoping that you’ll work with me again (or place orders for decor) as a repeat client by your third or fourth booking/order I’d give a repeat client discount. Fees would include travel no matter what and accommodation paid for if your an out of town client. If decor is getting shipped the fees of my time working on your order, purchasing the elements required and shipping would all need to be paid for as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m there from day one till day 100!! Open communication and understanding is key and top priority!! We’ll have plenty of emails, calls/txts, meet ups, trips to expos to make sure your vision comes to life. I’m very detail oriented and will ask you a billion questions so I can get everything just right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands on experience and keeping up with the industry online testing articles and watching videos.
