- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sr discount 7% Veteran discount 7% Because we are a nationwide company we have great buying power with our suppliers and can pass those savings on to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment to inspect what needs to be done and provide the homeowner an estimate and they can choose to move forward or not at that time. We don’t try to sell our customers we educate them about their system. We would prefer to fix the system or door than sell you a new door. It saves our customers money. If a customer does require a new door, we measure the opening, head room, side room, distance from the back wall and thickness of the door. We ask the customer his or her preferences on windows, no windows and door design. We can typically provide an estimate on the spot. If the estimate requires more complexity we can typically provide an estimate via e-mail within a day or two..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained technicians. We require 5 years of industry experience before we hire. We also have remote training sessions for our technicians and training from all of our suppliers. We are licensed by the state of NJ.
