- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls the office to schedule an appointment. Please leave a message if call is not answered live. Messages will be returned within a reasonable amount of time. Customer comes in to discuss the issue. I propose a solution. We discuss payment terms. After we agree, I start the project. We stay in contact at regular intervals, particularly if more information is needed from the customer. When the project is completed, results are given to the client. We stay in contact as necessary.

CPA License MBA in Professional Accounting Over 20 years experience in Accounting, Tax and Management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 20 years of corporate accounting experience, opened own tax and accounting firm. Focusing on Value-Added services related to tax and accounting, specifically tax debt resolution and tax saving strategies for businesses.
