I really would like to give Heating Specialties a NO Star rating. My husband and I purchased an $11,000 HVAC system from HS installed in June, 2010. Our Premier Environmental Package includes : premium equipment ( lol) , 10 year Parts and Labor Protection ( LOL) , Risk Free Guaantees , among other services. However, despite having a monthly service fee deducted from our checking account , having the unit serviced EVERY year, most recently Nov. 2016, the heater or AC breaks down faithfully every year during the hottest or coldest weekend. Right on schedule, our heater broke down on the morning of 1-7-17 during the snowstorm. We called HS answering service and a service man arrived at our home at 4:30 pm. He stayed 10 minutes, told us it was the draft motor, 3rd one he'd seen today, oops... Didn't have one on his truck... And can't get it fixed till Monday!! Oh, and that will be a payment of $149 for walking into our home for 10 minutes and leaving us to freeze at 6 degrees outside. Yes it's 20 degrees all day Sunday and probably back to teens at night!! Ok, we ARE the fools to have spent so much money in 2010 for a HVAC system with a 10 year warranty , risk free guarantees , and we are left to freeze on the coldest day of the year. Heating Specialties DOES NOT care about their customers. I am so dissappointed.

Fantastic service...highly recommend to anyone who needs AC or Heater services. I came home from work only to realize my AC stopped working, after a quick call, I was set up for a 8am appointment the very next morning. The technician was actually early! How often does that happen? Usually given a window and you have to waste your day waiting. With in 45 minutes I was up and running. Very professional and courteous, not to mention speedy and affordable! You will definitely have all my business in the future! Thank you!
