What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the quantity and length of videotapes and film reels and/or quantity of color slides. Discounts are given for bulk quantities. (Once discussed)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, we speak about what you have (tapes, films or color slides) and what you would like me to do for you. meaning, do you want your memories on just DVDs or also on USB Thumbdrive(s). If applicable, do you want music added to your silent films? I will give you an estimate based on the project size. You bring your media to me by appointment. You will get an accurate receipt
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography and extensive experience in Videography including training on the use of digital conversion equipment for videotapes, old film reels and color slides.
