Israel is fantastic! Responded right away. Appointment in 2 days, fixed what we needed plus made a few upgrades that made sense to do. What we appreciated most was his knowledge. The former owner had the fireplace maintained but the unit was put back incorrectly. So we had issues we never realized and consequently, the unit malfunctioned and was unusable. Israel pointed out the issues, corrected, upgraded and bam! Looks like a new fireplace and it now works. We will be using Pyrogenix for our annual maintenance. Hire this company if you want things done right at a fair price.

Ismail and his team where great! He did a really great job installing our gas fireplace both to the gas hookup and venting. He had great advice how to keep things up to code and safe. Also the services where at a half price compared to a place I got a quote from Manhattan.
