- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically monthly. Project outside the scope of the contract will be billed hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
General introduction and Q&A regarding business needs. Then, we discuss my services and solutions. After that, we come to an agreement for the needs of the client and which pricing package works best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EDUCATION: MBA Concentration in Accounting, BS in Accounting. PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS: • Over 7 years of GAAP, bookkeeping, accounting, financial statement analysis, revenue analysis, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, data analysis, data management, financial systems analysis, audit, inventory, and reconciliations. • 5 years of management and consulting • 3 years of tax returns, sales and use tax, property tax, tax audit, tax accounting, and tax analytics for NJ and NY For Profit and Non-Profit • 4 years of payroll analysis, payroll compensation, payroll audit, payroll reconciliation, payroll accounting, some payroll processing • Experience with ERP software - PeopleSoft, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Sage MAS-90 • Experience with Data Management Software - Oracle BI, Axiom, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Pivot Table Formulas & Charts, VLookups, Visual Basic/Macros, IF/SUMIF, etc.), Word, Access, PowerPoint, and GSuite (Google Sheets) • Experience with Tax Software - Intuit Proseries, Thomson Reuters Gosystem, H&R Blockworks, Turbo Tax, Tax Act • Experience with Payroll Software - Intuit Payroll, Harri.com, ADP Payroll, Paychex • Experience with EPIC, Experian Health, Bill.com, Expensify, Basecamp, Concur, SBT Pro, SharePoint, Hogan, Adobe and FoxitPDF. • Exposure to SQL database and data collection, RPA Bot Technology UIPath,
