- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very simple charging strategies May change during busy season or slow downs Hello potential customers ! Our prices are very simple $111 per hour for “labor only”service (2 hour minimum charge unless your project only includes 1 item and takes under 1 hour) $125 per hour for “ labor & truck /when we bring our company truck” ^^^COMPANY TRUCK $150 single charge every 24 hours (per day) $0.89 per mile to travel to your address when using labor only or labor and truck service from Bridgewater NJ to your address and any additional stops. $50 DEPOSIT PAID TOWARDS THE TOTAL BALANCE. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT -We charge a hourly rate ALL WITH 2 HOUR MINIMUM FEES. -We charge a separate charge for truck services if added. - We offer flat rates. -We offer discounts for many options and we always encourage our customers to save money. -We offer over night moving if needed. - We only accept Cash, Cash App. - We charge by the mile when move is loaded. - We offer discounts for customers who book with us on initial contact only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After touching base with your want and needs of services your requested. We will need all information available related to your situation. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Our Typical process is we will contact you immediately after we receive a project request by you. - we ask for item list - we ask for photos and videos - we ask for loading and unloading address. - we send you a link to a invoice for your payment TOTOAL and once customer agreement is made appointment of your desire is fulfilled always . -On moving day we come prepared and work quickly so that you don’t have to worry about anything during the move.
