My refrigerator and laundry appliance wasn’t working properly. After searching the internet getting ridiculously high quotes that made no sense, I was worried not being able to find someone reasonably fair to help with my appliance repairs within my budget. Our fridge fizzled out suddenly (3 days before Thanksgiving no less!) so I was really hoping I could take care of the problem quickly. I reached out to Ark and heard back within minutes. He came to my house later that same day and within 45 minutes he had diagnosed, replaced the broken fan, and completely solved the problem. He was professional and efficient, far exceeding my expectations by solving my problem the same day it occurred. Cannot recommend enough. Will certainly be a repeat customer!

I recently had Ark come to my home to address a leak in my washing machine (which was still functional despite the leak). Over the course of four visits, Ark was professional and responsive, always keeping me updated on his arrival window and even accommodating my schedule around my son's football game. He required a special lift to access the washer, as it's stacked under a dryer, and he handled the logistics well. Ark replaced a valve and hose, which successfully stopped the leak. However, after the repair, the water pressure and the amount of water used during a typical cycle dropped significantly, leaving me still unable to use my machine as intended. Ark was willing to continue troubleshooting and suggested replacing the control board, though at an additional cost of around $300. Given that I'd already spent a similar amount, and without a guarantee that this would solve the problem, I decided not to proceed with further repairs. While Ark appears to be trustworthy and committed to finding a solution, the overall outcome was disappointing since my washing machine is not fully operational despite the initial issue being resolved. His dedication to customer service was commendable, but unfortunately, I can't fully rate the service as positive due to the unresolved issues with the machine's functionality
