I wish I could give him 10 stars. Chef Ervin and his assistant made our event incredibly memorable (and simple) from start to finish. The planning for this event was seamless with them. They are so open to creating a menu that suits your event and provide great suggestions. The food itself is indescribable—it speaks for itself. The chef is an artist in the kitchen and the portions are so generous. We look forward to using him again in the future for all events!

Absolutely incredible experience🤩! Chef Ervin not only prepared a mouthwatering feast but also added a personal touch to each dish. His culinary expertise shone through, and he tailored the menu to our preferences flawlessly😍. Best Chef ever..The dinner he prepared for us was unforgettable.Couscous salad & shrimps was the best.I would highly recommend him.

Everyone loved his food. He has special souse for seafood and oysters that was phenomenal. The portions size was large and generous that we had food left over. Foodie recommended. Will book him again.
