Teddy came and installed an exhaust roof vent for my bathroom. Originally, he wanted to go on the roof but because of the steepness he told me this may be challenging. He gave me an alternative, reduced the labor cost, and installed it in short order. I will call him again for other projects around the house

I first contacted Teddy about replacing a bathroom exhaust fan. He helped me figure out which fan would meet my needs, got the replacement, and installed it without a hitch. During the replacement, he noticed that some of the pipes under my bathroom sink were badly corroded. He recommended replacing them before they could break and cause damage. Two months later, I asked Teddy if he could help replace my sink. It had a flat and cumbersome design - one of the few things I disliked about my apartment. He advised me so that I could replace it with a more comfortable design, even going to Home Depot to check sinks in advance of the job. I watched him work meticulously so that the results would be pristine. Days after, I'm still impressed when I look at my new sink. You should also know that Teddy was accurate with his estimates during both jobs. In fact, the second job came out a bit under estimate. I appreciate that about him.
