Ilya installed a reverse osmosis water system in my sink (required drilling through stone counter). He - was responsive over text - arrived on time - offered good advice like getting a pan to put under my water system - clearly explained the job before he began and was explicit about important details confirming with me before executing - finished the job quickly and it looked like it had been set up in an organized professional way - was a pleasure to talk to as a human being Would highly recommend and would request his help again if ever in need
